Groups offer a compassionate community, where members can collaborate while growing in their lives.
Many of our groups are based on a long-term psychotherapy model, which create the opportunity for group members to connect authentically and bring the skills learned in group to their outside worlds.
Our short-term groups also create supportive connections, while teaching topic-based skills (ie, sleep, parenting, etc).
Current Groups
Emerging Adults Group (College-age through 25)
Young Adults Group (25-35)
(Little Kid) Parent Survival Group (Parents of kids age 2-7)
How We Work
Whether short or long-term, many of our groups are IFS-informed. Based on the topic, our clinicians and coaches integrate skills and tools from modalities such as:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and CBT for Insomnia (CBTi)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE)
