Who I help:
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, high stress or burnout, big life transitions, and trauma. I have specialized experience with young adults, college students, and military populations.
My clients often come to therapy because they are feeling intense emotions, or behaving in ways that are confusing for them. They may be feeling isolated from other people, or feeling extreme pressure at work and in life. They are seeking more connection, confidence, and peace in their day-to-day lives.
How I help:
I show up authentically, with real curiosity about who you are and what you need. That curiosity and connection is the foundation for us to engage in meaningful work that yields long-term change and growth.
Because I’ve worked in a variety of settings, and utilized a range of types of therapy, I am able to truly tailor our work to best suit your goals. Whether we’re exploring your inner world, building coping skills, or shifting unhelpful patterns, I’ll partner with you to ensure you’re making the changes that matter most to you.
What my clients say about working with me:
My clients would tell you I am approachable and honest, with a balance of levity and humor. I am a fierce advocate for the people I serve, and my clients know that I am always ‘in their corner.’ I often hear from clients that they appreciate how I am supportive while gently challenging them to grow into the best versions of themselves.
Off the clock:
Outside of the therapy space, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, my dog Rashida, and being in nature. I enjoy reading, the occasional video game, and dreaming up travel plans.
